Maximum note length – LEGATO MODE??!

Another post! (too many beers probably)

I’m not sure if i’m missing something but the maximum note length seems to be rather short? Actually what is it?

I want to be able to trigger long notes (either long samples on my v-synth or long chords/drones etc on synths). Is this currently possibly? Do we need a kind of legato mode so that a note=on is always present until another not on occurs (at which point you get a quick note-off before the new note-on).

Not sure how to integrate this (too many beers perhaps?) but it’s almost essential for the stuff I make.

It’s a while since I read the manual back to front though and I couldn’t find anything on it when I looked earlier.
