Everything seems to be connected right according to the cubase manual…but when I see the EXC button stop blinking and I stop recording on the midi track in cubase, there is no part shown…in other words cubase snaps the cursor back to the start as though nothing has happened. I have cubase setup to record sysex data…
any ideas?
This may be long out of date,but I just got the same thing to work yesterday.Are you sure the midi track is armed and setup to receive incoming data?Does the master midi in show activity ? Have you used the midi input transformer to filter all other messages ? Have you disabled sysex filter in preferences ?
