Can somebody else confirm this for me? Using the new OS 1.61_06.
When in page view and in edit mode (edit light is flashing orange), pressing a step will not send out any midi information if the start (STA) value of the step is in any of the green values (ie, step is being played a bit before the beat). Turning the start to on the beat or after the beat (in the red) will send midi notes.
