page set or cluster tempos

I would like some way to set up pagesets or clusters (songs in my usage) to have a particular tempo. This could be done for page sets, by holding the page set button and rotating the master knob to choose a tempo, a tempo of 0 would be "follow" master tempo, anything else would lock in a specific tempo for that page set.

For clusters, I can’t think of a good way to set a tempo, since you could set up conflicts across GRID tracks.
