First note of a track intermittently doesn’t play

Has anybody else noticed that intermittently when pressing play on the Octopus the first note of every track won’t play? The first midi note is sometimes not sent (I’ve used midi monitor on a Mac to test). I’ve noticed this on both the previous OS and on the new one. About one in seven times (ie, I stop and start it seven times) it skips the first note.

Yes, I’ve the same problem here.

I can have this occur on several tracks within the same page as well. Often, the same tracks will not ‘fire’ on the first step again & again and then will sometimes ‘fire’. I’ve played with Length and other parameters. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not.

I can confirm this on my Octopus (both on 1.60.32 and 1.61.06).
A friend has the same problems on his Nemo.

If you watch the chord buttons on the Octopus (load meter), you will see that the load runs up for a short time at sequencer start.

Gabriel is already hunting the bug.
