i did this once and i’m not sure how to get back there. how do you use the stainless buttons, not as steps, but to trigger samples or events (in ableton) or keys. can this be done? i want to de-attach the buttons from the sequencer. completely offline from the running sequencer. say take one row, and not an active line that runs with the sequencer. this would be helpful to me, rather than buy a trigger finger or kontrolpad.
