Would it be nice if it could be possible to enter an automation mode in the Octopus. This means:
If I have prepared several tracks and pages in a vertical line and I like now to record all my performance actions in the Octopus for reproducing it later f.e. in a live situation. Do not miss understand me. I know the Octopus is a live performance tool but sometimes it would be usefull to pre-produce song structures before live in a studio.
What do you think?
If you really need to do that, I think you will be better off recording the Octo into a (computer based) sequenser.
IF one could record all actions inside the Octo, I imagine the next question being: "How do we edit all these actions?". And then: "Why can´t I connect a display screen to my Octo, ´cause this is getting really complicated".
I guess what I am saying is: Let us focus on making the Octo/Nemo even better and more fun at the core level and be true to it´s heart.
