I like this dual input mode (btw. it’s sligthly different then you said before 
)and I see the advantages. Being in control of the transpose note and therefore in most cases the fundamental bass is a good thing. And sometimes you don’t want a sequence to be altered but just leave it the way it is other then transposing it.
