Nicos, did you buy this machine directly from genoQs, or was it a used one?
Did the machine work for you before this problem happened?
Maybe problem is in the flash memory, but if so, this is the first such instance I’ve heard of with an Octopus. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful.
